Ingredients

  • 1 x ½ cups self raising flour
  • 1 x cup greek yoghurt
  • 200g BodyFoods chargrilled chicken
  • 50g cooked bacon pieces
  • 10g thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 x tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 x handful shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 x tablespoon sugar free BBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix together flour and greek yoghurt to make dough. Knead until smooth. No need to rest. Divide and roll out.
  2. Spread pizza sauce of your choice over the bases with a spoon.
  3. Chop up BodyFoods chargrilled chicken breast. Smaller pieces are better!
  4. Cook off bacon. Add bacon, chicken, and onion to base.
  5. Top with cheese and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
  6. Finish with sugar-free BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
