Ingredients
- 1 x ½ cups self raising flour
- 1 x cup greek yoghurt
- 200g BodyFoods chargrilled chicken
- 50g cooked bacon pieces
- 10g thinly sliced red onion
- 2 x tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 x handful shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 x tablespoon sugar free BBQ sauce
Preparation
- Mix together flour and greek yoghurt to make dough. Knead until smooth. No need to rest. Divide and roll out.
- Spread pizza sauce of your choice over the bases with a spoon.
- Chop up BodyFoods chargrilled chicken breast. Smaller pieces are better!
- Cook off bacon. Add bacon, chicken, and onion to base.
- Top with cheese and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
- Finish with sugar-free BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
