  • Meals

    • Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

      All of our meals are made and packed as described on our website. We are able to take requests for specific dietary requirements – please call us on (08) 7230 2167 to discuss details of your dietary requirement before placing an order and we will do our best to cater for your needs. If you have received confirmation from us, just add the specific dietary requirement details into the comments section as you checkout.

    • How long do meals last?

      As we use no preservatives in our meals, they will last for 5 days in the fridge. You will then need to put them into the freezer where they can last for up to 3 months. For best results- defrost meal in fridge the day before you eat it.

    • Do you use additives or preservatives?

      All of our meals are proudly additive and preservative free.

    • How do I prepare the meals?

      Simply place in the microwave for 2 minutes! (Timing may vary depending on the microwave) If you have moved your meals to the freezer- we recommend that you defrost your meal in fridge the night before. Then simply microwave your meal on high for 3-4 minutes depending on the power of your microwave, ensuring the lid remains closed. If you’ve forgotten to remove it from the freezer in time, you can still microwave it for 7-8 minutes on high, ensuring the lid remains closed. You may also heat your meals in the oven. Simply transfer the meal to an over proof dish and heat on 180c for approximately 15-20 minutes.

    • How do I activate my account?

      As Sample Store uses some of the latest graphics designs which may not be supported in lower version of browsers

    • Are there likely to be any bones in my fish meals?

      We try our best to remove all the bones from our fish dishes, but please be aware that small bones may be present in any fish product purchased.

  • Ordering

    • How do I order?

      Ordering your meals is simple! Simply select from our online menu and create an account as you check out. You can pay for your selections via our shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

    • Is there a minimum order

      There is no minimum order requirement if you pick up your meals. Minimum order of $79 for delivery.

    • When do I have to order by and when will my meals be delivered?

      All orders must be made by 11:59pm every TUESDAY night and delivered on Saturday of that week. If you miss the cut off and order after the specified time, your order will be processed for the following week. BodyFood delivers every Saturday between 4am and 12pm.

    • What happens if I place an order after the cut off time?

      If you miss the cut off and order after the specified time (11:59pm every TUESDAY night), your order will be processed for the following week.

    • What suburbs do you deliver to?

      BodyFood delivers to most suburbs of Adelaide – Please email us if you feel you may live out of our delivery radius to confirm. Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to rural or country areas. METRO ADELAIDE ONLY.

    • How much is delivery?

      Order value below $79 = Pick up only // Between $79 - $149 = $13 flat rate // Over $149 = FREE

    • When do I have to order by and when will my meals be delivered?

      All orders must be made by 11:59pm every TUESDAY night. If you miss the cut off and order after the specified time, your order will be processed for the following week.

    • Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

      You won’t need to be home to receive your delivery. Our meals are delivered in a polystyrene esky with ice, which can hold a safe temperature for up to 6-8 hours. Your delivery will usually be left at your front door unless you have advised a specific location in your delivery notes.

    • Can I pick up my order?

      You are welcome to pick-up your order from Unit 9 Number 2 Brandwood Street, Royal Park 5014. Collection is available every Saturday between 11:00am-1:00pm. If your meals are not collected in this time, they will be put in our freezer ready for collection the following Saturday unless organised with us prior.

  • Payment

    • How do I pay?

      At the checkout you will be asked to enter your details for payment online. We accept VISA, MasterCard debit/credit cards and payment via PayPal.
